Some persons make the mistake of getting a very strong perfume just to quench or cover up the issue they have with the odor. But, you can get a good roll on, and antiperspirant at bed time , bath regularly to avoid the sweat from sticking to your body that it will begin to bring a bad odor. Plus, you need to shave your armpits and private part almost at all times as the hair can abhor dirt in it .

Some natural ways of dealing with body odor; Eat fruits ( APPLE and PINEAPPLE). You can also get LIME cut into two and use on your armpit like roll on ,it will definitely do you some good. You should also ensure you allow your clothes dry up well and properly .

About the mouth odor, it may be as a result of a bad tooth, bacteria infection or indigestion .A dentist once advised that when we brush our teeth, we should leave the paste till after we finish bathing in that way the paste will do the needful in our mouth. So you can also brush up twice daily if you cannot cope or be regular with the leaving of paste till after the bathing .

Likewise for someone who has mouth odor, you might want to drink plenty of water and ensure you don’t keep quiet for too long to avoid the piling up of the odor. Plus ,you should pay attention to your tongue when you are brushing your mouth.
